But what about the whole problem that arises when you think of all the genetic donors and samples taken for the Codon stream? Like Water Hazard, NRG, AmpFibian, Terraspin, and Armordrillo. They were not the prime examples of their species.
The samples in the Codon Stream are supposed to be representations of that species as a whole, not perfect versions of that species. Spidermonkey's DNA was used to cure the Arachnachimps of their DNAlien infection, so shouldn't all of them have become uber-chimps?

About the Adromeda...the Ultimatrix just took the species DNA,Ben doesn't turn into a clone of the alien he scans, just like the Unitrix didn't turn into Gwen.Works the same way with curing,it solves the infection and "fixes" the DNA,it doesn't seek to bring the specimen closer to the Codon Stream sample. (which is optimized for and only for the Omnitrix user)If it did that,all Spidermonkeys would be a bunch of perfect clones. (which, because of the laziness actually were...)

But with 4 series and many writers this is all very inconsistent stuff and open for debate.

I was thinking about how vast the Codon Stream is, so I decided to see just how much of it Ben has unlocked. I used the 52 canon aliens Ben has so far (disregarding the Ultimates, mentioned only aliens, the ones from the Ben 10 theater plays, and Eon) instead of the 64 aliens Ben mentioned in "The Flame Keeper's Circle" because I didn't know where the Omniverse ones added up to it. So far, Ben has unlocked 0.005195% (rounded) of the Codon Stream.

I can't find any reason to explain why only Gravattack, Shocksquatch, Bloxx and Feedback are being shown... Where are Kickin Hawk, Ball Weevil, Crashhopper and other aliens?

In time it'll be revealed why, but remember there the first 4 aliens that Ultimate Alien/Omniverse came up with and planned to give them credit plus remember, most of the aliens spammed in ads and commercials aren't the most used, like we saw a bunch of stuff out of Water Hazard, Nanomech, Terraspin, and half the ultimates and they weren't used much.
In time they'll reveal more about them, just wait.

it seems that as the fist episode Ben haven't unlocked Gravaatack.
