With Ben 10 Wikia and a strange Formspring announcement
The Name of the Season 1 finale (Arch 2 finale) is named:
Showdown, Part 1 and 2
This episode got delayed instead of being the big season finale...

Sounds legit enough.
We'll be seeing a museum, apparently.

This is worth taking seriously, we've taken Derrick's leaked information at less than face value in the past to our lack of benefit. It's easy to when he choses to release only the most ridiculous information, "Yeah, there's a new alien in Outbreak, guys, no biggie. His name, oh it's Walkatrout of course, totally legit."
Basically I believe that this is a thing.

In regards to the episode, it sounds just like any other important episode of any cartoon, and we can assume that SPOILERS: Ben and Khyber will fight at some point, and Ben will use at least three of Heatblast, Armodrillo, Stinkfly, Crashhopper, Humungousaur, Ball Weevil and Big Chill.
However, Derrick has revealed non-directly that we will go to Galvan Prime in this episode. Possible fight between Azmuth and Dr. Psychobos anyone?

After this episode the new main villain will be female and from what I heard the villainess could be familiar to Ben.

I'm pretty sure that Derrick has confirmed the new female to be an original character, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Part 1: The Faction infiltrates Galvan.
Part 2: Ben must deal with a past failure; a deranged Malware launches his final attack.

There's also been another schedule change, Tummy Trouble won't air before Showdown
Part 1 and 2 are pushed a week ahead so after Rules of Engagement, the episodes will air
and after that it's TGIS, no plot info about that

I'm thinking Ben will use the alien with no predator to defeat Khyber and his Dog. Hopefully it's Upgrade.

And he'll regain Feedback to beat Malware.

These are just my theories, though.

The popular theory is that Feedback's significance is that he's the alien that can beat Malware. Big deal. So can Diamondhead. And Feedback has never actually beaten Malware - he lost once, and the other times, Malware let him win when he had what he wanted.

So why did Malware (presumably) want him out of the watch? What makes him so special in Showdown?

I think that it's because he has no predator.

Which Malware doesn't like.

So he offed Feedback.

Part 1: Mostly 11-year old Ben episode, with 11 year old Ben's final fight with Malware, and ending the episode showing he lost Feedback

Part 2: Mostly, if not all, Present Ben episode with the final battle of this arc, and ends the episode with Present Ben getting Feedback back.

Can I use this opportunity to talk to you guys about the future of the three major villains of this arc. I was wondering today about what's in store for Malware, Khyber and Psychobos after this arc is over and I've come to three very different conclusions about there appearances in future.

Malware - I'm actually hoping that his story stops here, with Showdown either ending in his death or his curing. He's had quite a weird specific role in this arc and I think that it might be better if the character and the arc finish together. There is still a large chance that he remains and becomes one of the background Omnitrix-wanters but I really think that it he should go out on a high.
What I'm trying to say is that the character isn't that interesting, the design is great but that's beside the point. He could hang around afterwards but I think that he'd just be stealing screen time from more interesting villains.

Dr. Psychobos - I personally think that he's going to sink into the background a bit, and Special Delivery almost confirms that.
I don't mean that I think he'll become a character used on the same level as Zombozo or Trumbipular, but think more of an Albedo or Darkstar level. He'll be a huge threat and will command his own individual episodes, but he won't ever become a major part of an arc again.
Although in this arc the writers did make him come off as threatening but really at his base he's quite a silly fun character complete with his own catchphrase. I really can't imagine him doing much else.

Khyber - Please keep this guy at the same level TeamOV, I beg of you. This guy is so threatening and badass that he really shouldn't fall out of the major arc villain bracket, and should be right up there with Vilgax (alongside Aggregor and Diagon I guess).
There's also a precedent for him being a recurring character, his only attachment to team Psychobos extends as far as his paycheck, he could walk out of a confrontation against Malware without a background glance.
Besides CN needs Francis to sell more Nemetrix predator toys show us more incredibly awesome Nemetrix predators.

What do you think will happen to the big three after Showdown?
