Well, we have to keep in mind that Feedback has appeared in every episode where young Ben has transformed, making him relatively overused (not objectively). He also has the second-highest number of appearances in OV (tied with Stinkfly and Bloxx). And given this pattern, we have to assume that Gwen has seen him a lot more than we have.

As of episode 10, he's tied only with Stnkfly and Heatblast.

And...Crabdozer. Oddly enough.

And since Ben discovered everything, he informed Azmuth about the Nemetrix or something? And what happened with Phil in the flashback? Did past Ben's team free him from Psychobos and reformed himself or what?

Nothing spoilery. They reprimanded him. Azmuth was nowhere to be found. After they found him, he zapped back to Psychobos and that was all we heard of him.
