This arcs gonna be good.

Three things:

1. Anyone sensing a Scooby-Doo vibe to the 5th arc of Omniverse?

2. Who's the guy that appeared in the chase scene?

3. Anyone got the crystal clear promos (one that lasts 30 seconds, the other 1 minute) for the show?

I saw the new intro, now it's time to comment. Two words: Extreme Halloween!!! I bet you they will make a marathon of this arc this year's Halloween. Somebody can already make fanvideos in YouTube with song like these: "It's Halloween-Lo-Ween", "Grim Grinning Ghosts", "This is Halloween" and "Ghostbusters".  
 
1º) Good sustitutions in the intro, besides the creepy tune and the sinister purple 
+ Snare-Oh replaces Feedback (11 years old and 16 years old).  
+ Whampire replaces Heatblast.  
+ Gutrot replaces Fourarms.  
+ Frankenstrike replaces Shocksquatch.  
+ Ghosfreak replaces Shocksquatch in Current Ben's strips.  
+ Blitzwolf replaces Rath and Jury Rigg replaces Upchuck. Not only that, now Past Ben and Current Ben switch places in this scene. Previously, we had the 16-years old Ben as Rath staring and the 11-years old Ben as Upchuck jumping. Now we have the 11-years old Ben as Blitzwolf (check it's wearing the old white uniform instead of the new green one) staring and the 16-years old Ben as Jury Rigg dancing.  
+ Blitzwolf replaces Fourarms in Past Ben's strips.  
+ Ripjaws replaces Greymatter in Past Ben's strips. (Good one, because Ripjaws looks like the creature from Black Lagoon).  
 
2º) About the new aliens and the new designs: 
+ Have you noticed that Whampire looks like very much to Terry McGuinnis, "Batman Beyond"? I think we can even amplified the resemblance to the time Terry was turned into a mutant after receiving a shot of vampire bat's DNA.  
+ I don't see why you think Ghostfreak's new design is bad. I like it, In fact, I think the new chains are some kind of "safe" to keep Ghostfreak nature under control and avoid more tryings of overshadowing Ben like in the past. It's like Toepick's helmet to contain the ugly.  
 
I need to see a better version of the trailer to comment it.

They are clearly based on Jack O'Lantern. I hope Ben will scan it in the Omnitrix too. Their powers seem to like Swampfire's: plant creatures with some fire powers.
